What is a Paleo diet?
The paleo diet is similar to the diet of human hunter-gatherer ancestors thousands of years ago. Although it is impossible to know exactly what human ate in different parts of the world, researchers believe that their diet consisted of whole foods. By following a complete food-based diet and living an active life, hunter-gatherer lifestyle diseases may have a much lower incidence, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
